16. Global Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the Parties. In the event that the parties wish to modify, supplement or modify the conditions, they must do so in writing to be signed by both parties. 6.1 The seller shall ensure that the goods sold below are free from defects in processing and materials.
